When booking a $25 non refundable deposit is required. This DOES go towards your service total. All cancellations without rebooking will result in a loss of deposit. I ask that if you need to reschedule you do so 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within the 48 hours will mean you lose your deposit and will need to pay a new deposit when rebooking. I do charge 30% for no shows with no communication, in addition to the non refundable deposit. This applies to everyone!!! Non refundable- non negotiable Please Note after 15 minutes appointment may be cancelled, if so you will need to reschedule and pay a new deposit to rebook. Communication is key.
